A. Simply click on the gift certificate link (or click here) select the amount desired and follow the check out process. Once your order has been processed and approved the recipient will receive a personal e-mail from us with the good news you hooked them up.

Any sale/closeout softgoods or small ticket items on your order that are out of stock at the time that your order is fulfilled will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for these items...and will be provided with an updated order confirmation that shows that these items were not included with your order.

PREAUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT CARDS:
At the time that your order is submitted, the credit card that was used to make the purchase is preauthorized for the full amount. At the time that your order is fulfilled, this preauthorized transaction is "captured" and converted into an actual charge. In the event that the final order total is less than the initial preauthorized amount (such as in the case where items are canceled from the order), the resulting "captured" charge will be less than the initial preauthorized amount. In the event that the final order total is more than the initial preauthorized amount (such as in the case where items are added to the order), the initial preauthorized amount will be "captured" with the balance being charged in the form of a new transaction. If an order is canceled, the original preauthorization will be dropped from the credit card account within a period of 2-10 business days...depending on how your issuing bank operates.
